The Focus Parent Portal can be used to register new students for either the current school year or the upcoming school year.
1. Visit the Focus Parent Portal Registration Page at http://uscsd.org/register.
2. If you already have a Parent Portal account, click on "I have an Account Registered on the Parent Portal but would like to ADD A CHILD" and skip to step 4. You will be prompted to log in with your Parent Portal account.
If you do not have a Parent Portal account, click on "I DO NOT have an Account Registered on the Parent Portal".
3. Enter the required information and click Submit to create your Parent Portal account.
4. Click on "I would like to APPLY FOR ENROLLMENT for a new child." to start the registration process.
5. Enter the required information regarding your child and click Begin Application to access the New Student Registration Form.
6. If at any time during the process you need to save your progress and continue later, click the red button at the bottom of the page that you are working on labeled Save and Continue Later.
a. When you are ready to continue, visit the Focus Parent Portal Registration Page at http://uscsd.org/register and click on "I have an Account Registered on the Parent Portal but would like to ADD A CHILD" and login with your Parent Portal Account.
b. Next, click on "I would like to APPLY FOR ENROLLMENT for a new child"
c. Click the tab labeled Continue Application and click Log In.
