Parents of students in grades K-12. To submit a ticket, please choose the category 1:1 support.

Tickets are answered in the order they are received. If you have already submitted a ticket for your issue and need to provide an update, please respond to the email that was sent to you with your update.

If you have not yet heard back regarding your issue but you did receive a confirmation that your issue was received, please do not submit an additional ticket for the same issue.
