Accessing IEPs, GIEPs, and 504s in Focus

1. Click on the menu item for "Students" or just do a search for a student.
2. Click on Demographics
3. Select the student (You will see the alert icons for students that have IEPs 
, GIEPs 
, or 504 agreements 
4. Select IEPW Downloads
5. Choose the appropriate document you would like to view
6. The document will download to your laptop
