**Faxing permissions need to be added to your account by the USCSD Tech Dept.**
1. Start a new email message and in the "To" enter the person or company you are sending it to and then the phone number encased in < > brackets with @fax.cloudoffice.avaya.com after the number.
For example:
2. In the Subject Line, type your message. Your message will show in the Note Section of the Fax Cover Sheet.
Note: Nothing in the body of the email will be sent with the fax.
3. Attach your file and click on Send.
4. When the fax completes the sending process, you will receive an email with the results.
5. The recipient of the fax will receive your attachment and a fax cover page that looks like this.
