The Upper St. Clair School District, including the Technology Department, will be closed for Winter Break starting on December 23, 2024, at 12 PM.

Responses to support tickets will be delayed until the District reopens on January 5, 2026.

New issues submitted during Winter Break will be addressed as soon as possible upon our return to work.

Step 1: Open Chrome

 

Step 2: Go to go.uscsd.org/support OR choose the Help Desk & Knowledge Base from the uscstudents.org bookmarks menu.

 

Step 3: Click Submit Ticket

 

Step 4: Fill in your Full Name, email, subject, and Message. Please include your phone number and a good time to call you, if applicable.

 

Step 5: Select the category best suited for your needs.  The 1:1 category is the best choice for parents reporting trouble.  One of the listed school student categories is the best choice for students reporting trouble.  The High School SMART Desk category is the best choice for high school students reporting trouble, which is pictured below as an example.

 

Step 6: Select the desired priority and click Create Ticket
