You can receive and listen to your voicemail in Avaya Cloud Office in several different ways.
OPTION 1: Voicemail to email
- Users will automatically have any voicemail messages left at their extension forwarded to their work email account. The audio file for the message will be attached to the email, and a voicemail transcription will be written in the body of the email. Voicemail to email messages come from [email protected].
- Messages will remain unread in your voice mailbox even though they are emailed to you. The light on your desk phone and the voicemail notification within Avaya Cloud Office applications will remain active. To dismiss the voicemail light or notifications, access your voicemail using one of the methods listed below.
OPTION 2: Call Voicemail from a desk phone
- From a desk phone, press the ✉️ button or dial *86
- Enter your PIN to log in to your voicemail.
- Press option 1 to listen to your messages.
OPTION 3: Access Voicemail from the web
- Go to Staff Links and choose Avaya Cloud Office.
- Press the Single Sign-on button on the sign-in screen and enter your email address.
- Enter your SSO credentials, if required.
- Go to the Messages tab.
OPTION 4: Use the Avaya Cloud Office Desktop application or mobile application
- From within each respective application, go to the Phone section.
- Navigate to the Voicemail tab.
