If you receive a phone call that you want to transfer to someone else without ringing their desk phone or mobile applications, follow these directions to transfer directly to someone's voicemail.

1. Press the transfer button on your desk phone or the Avaya Cloud Office desktop or mobile application.
2. Enter *0 followed by the extension of the person you wish to transfer to. For example, if the user's extension is 2000, you would dial *02000.
3. Press Call then Now to complete the transfer from a desk phone, or Transfer Now to complete the transfer from the Avaya Cloud Office desktop or mobile application.
