If you forget the passcode you selected to login to your Avaya Cloud Office voicemail, follow the steps below to reset it by using the web interface of Avaya Cloud Office.
- Go to Staff Links and choose Avaya Cloud Office.
- Press the Single Sign-on button on the sign-in screen and enter your email address.
- Enter your SSO credentials, if required.
- Choose Settings from the top menu bar.
- Under the User Details section, choose Security, then click Change under Password and PIN.
- After clicking Change, a warning will appear that your current session will be terminated after the change. Click Yes to continue.
- On the following screen, you can enter a new PIN that you will use to access your voicemail. Please note that the PIN you choose must match the minimum security requirements set forth by Avaya Cloud Office.
- Click Save. Your session will terminate, and you can now use the new PIN chosen to access your voicemail.
