Request Process
- Do Not Call Xerox: Please use the online forms instead of making a phone call.
- Main Form: Use the Xerox Request Form for general requests. You can see below for more details on supply orders and repair requests.
Machine Identification
- Use Serial Numbers: When a form asks for a Machine ID, enter the serial number of the device.
- Old IDs: We no longer use the old AmCom ID numbers. Xerox tracks our equipment by serial number only.
- Device List: If you need to find the serial number for your machine, please check this [Google Link Placeholder].
District Account Number
- Account Number: If you are ever asked for an account number, use 988269.
Automatic Supply Orders
- How it Works: Each printer and copier now reports directly to Xerox automatically when it runs low on supplies. Xerox will then send the replacements to your school.
- Pending Status: Because the machines order supplies automatically, any manual requests you submit will be flagged and held in a pending status.
- Urgent Needs: If you run out of supplies completely or an automatic shipment does not arrive, please fill out the form and explain your urgent need in the Remarks section. You can go here to order supplies: Xerox Request Form.
Unresolved Supply Issues

Equipment Repairs
- Repair Form: For broken copiers or printers, please submit a ticket through the Xerox Request Form. Remember to use the serial number instead of the Machine ID field.
