Morning announcements are streamed live via YouTube.  You can access announcements from your Computer or directly on your ActivPanel.    

 

1.  Using your Computer (connected to your ActivPanel) or ActivPanel, open Google Chrome (do not use Chromium).  Morning Announcements can be accessed via Staff Links - http://uscsd.org/stafflinks

 

2.  Click on "Announcements"

 

 

3.  Click on your building's live-streaming YouTube Station:

NOTE:  Viewing YouTube videos on your ActivPanel

 

1.  You will be prompted to Open with YouTube.  It is VERY IMPORTANT to tap “Always.”  This will ensure that Announcements will always open with Youtube on your panel.  The only way to view announcements in Full Screen on the ActivPanel is via Youtube.

 

 

2. Tap the “maximize button” in the lower right corner of the video to fill the full ActivPanel screen with this video.
