If apps, such as the Play Store, are not appearing in the panel's locker, the OPS may be asleep. Follow the directions below to wake it up! 

Step 1: Once the panel is on, click the Source Button

Step 2: Click OPS

Step 3: Give the OPS 7-8 seconds to boot
