If your Chromebook is not charging or not turning on, follow the directions below!

Method 1:

Try Plugging in the Chromebook From The Right, Hand Side. Verify that the red light turns on on the left side.

Method 2:

Try "Rebooting" the charger. Unplug the charger from the wall and Chromebook, then plug it all back in.

Other:

- If the Red light comes on, but promptly turns off, keep unplugging and replugging the charger until the red light stays on

- Let it Charge! Allow the Chromebook to charge for 10 to 15 minutes before trying to turn it on
