How to put a Chromebook 5190 into Long Term Storage Mode

Step 1: Turn on the Chromebook
Step 2: Plug in the Chromebook
Step 4: Verify that the Chromebook is charging
Step 4: Press (and hold) Power & Refresh, unplug the Chromebook, and then release Power & Refresh.
Step 5: Press the power button to confirm. The Chromebook should NOT turn on.
Quick Note:
The Chromebook will not turn back on, until it has been plugged in.
